Attachment Training - Residential Care Worker
This attachment training Sonia and Sally The Enabling Practice delivered was so useful. I got so many light bulb moments !! Everything about the young people that I work with suddenly makes sense. I dont think any residential care worker should start their job without this training. It is so important to have an understanding of attachment trauma and the brain to do this work ...IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY!!!!

ASD Training - Residential Care Work
I recently attended some ASD training by The Enabling Practice it was brilliant ! Although I had done lots of ASD training in the past I learned lots of new information that was really useful such as the neuro science brain stuff and theory of mind. This has been really helpful in understanding the young people that I work with.
